Rudolph McEwan is Regional Pastor, Rhema Christian Ministries, Inc Ottawa Campus.


Rudolph, otherwise known as R.J. was born in the city of Ottawa to parents Bishop R.L and Maudlin McEwan, who founded the first apostolic ministry of Emmanuel Apostolic Church.  It was there that he gave his heart to the Lord. However it wasn’t until the age of 16 that he obeyed the voice of the Lord to be His ministering servant and established his ministry roots.

In doing that the Lord has taken him throughout Canada, the United States, Africa, Europe and the Caribbean preaching, discipling and mentoring people to fulfill their God given purpose in the Kingdom.
Rudolph graduated with a diploma in Social Services where he has utilized his skills as a youth and child care worker to empower disadvantaged youth to see that they are not just created for tomorrow but they have a purpose that is relevant for today. Pastor McEwan is also a student at the Life Training Bible School where he graduated in June 2014 with a diploma in Leadership Development.
Singer, Musician, Composer, Producer, Author, Rudolph contains an energy that is contagious. With a transparent and down to earth style of communication he intends to spread the message of the Kingdom of God within the seats of government and across the world.

As a former Educational Assistant for the Ottawa Carleton Catholic School Board (OCCSB), R.J. McEwan now currently pastors full time at Rhema Christian Ministries Ottawa a non-denominational, multi-ethnic Kingdom ministry founded in Toronto Canada by Pastor Orim Meikle with a mission to “Change and Affect Lives”.

As a Husband, Father, Educator, Mentor and Spiritual Coach his integrity has earned him a reputation that is unmatched in various parts of the globe.
